Based in Northam, Boulevard Fine Jewellery offer a hand-crafted custom jewellery design experience
Project brief
Boulevard Fine Jewellery were unhappy with the limitations of their existing website’s content management system, as it didn’t provide them the flexibility or ease to edit their content.
In addition, their ecommerce store did not support product variations, meaning that different sizes of the same ring had to be listed as an individual product. This led to a cluttered and non-user friendly online shopping experience.
As well as the online store, Boulevard Fine Jewellery utilised a point of sale (POS) system that they wanted integrated with the online store.
Implementation
A new website was created, using a content management system that allowed Boulevard Fine Jewellery to easily make changes to page content and layout.
Their existing ecommerce platform was also replaced, now allowing them to group ring sizes of the same ring under one product, with a dropdown selector allowing customers to select ring size.
We also provided assistance in the integration process, which allowed them to import/export products from their in-store sales system, as well as synchronise stock management of online orders.
